"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of...

"Room and entire property was clean. Check in was great. Felt comfortable with the parking. Easy walking to downtown. The best part of the hotel was the spectacular roof top bar which had absolutely spectacular views and was an amazing place to spend the evening!"

"A peaceful spot away from all the hub bub but walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The restaurant was wonderful but make sure you book reservations in advance as it is very popular. Our stay was perfect. Check in was a little different because there isn't a lobby. We called the main number for assistance and someone met us at our car right away to direct us where to park & how to communicate with staff. "Very friendly staff. They provide free parking voucher which saves you $20 per day parking in downtown. Parking at the hotel is free and breakfast is also free. Breakfast is basic. Rooms were clean. There is a trolley service right at the door step of the hotel which is also very convenient if you don’t want to take your car to downtown."

"Very clean, cute decor, pool looked pristine even though we didn't swim. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Everyone gets an assigned parking spot. Rooms large and have a table and chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this motel. Oh yes- fire pit to relax by at night and adorable Adirondack chairs. "

"Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel ."

"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."
