"Beautiful rustic hotel right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Good parking available. And a great breakfast included. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony and two rocking chairs. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of heat."

"Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds."

"The staff did not care about the place. Not even at breakfast. The Hotel is a new property. But the staff run the Hotel like they do not care. The Lobby seats together with the breakfast area. And staff did not even empty the trash can from the breakfast of the morning before. I mean this Hotel will soon look like crap if they don’t change the staff or re trained them. Too bad because the location is perfect."

"Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good"

"I had total privacy on the balcony of my unit, overlooking the stream and a lovely family of ducks. It was quite a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely book again!"

"Location is ok. Short walk to downtown, quiet setting. Bed was good and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better...

"The room was clean and the building was well kept. The only complaint I could have would be how humid my room was, being right next to the pool, so that's my bad really."

"We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...

"The hotel is perfectly situated right off the main drag with walking access to every where we went. It has a nice little pool for adults and a separate pool for the kiddies and a cool fire pit for evenings, and parking onsite."

"Location was great and within walking distance from the Main Street without having to worry about loud foot traffic. All other public parking is $20 so it’s nice to be able to just walk. Pool was fun and clean. Outside pool was a bonus too."
