"The hotel included so many convenient amenities. We loved the on site bath. We also appreciated the availability of laundry and the rest area for us to wait for the laundry to finish. The free ice cream freezer was a nice bonus. The rooms were beautiful and we loved how cool it was compared to the hot weather outside. The site was clean and beautiful. Our favorite hotel in all of Japan! "

"We booked superior triple room. Having access to the 9th floor lounge via booking a superior room was very worthwhile. Staff was great and friendly, room is very clean, great location right next to most major things central Osaka. Im definitely coming back when I return to Osaka in the future "
