"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again."

"The best part of staying at Little Italy Inn is the location! Literally a block away from so many restaurants, cafes and bars! The room was small but clean and staff helpful. They allowed late check in when we got caught near the harbor making our way back. It is less than a minute to Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday with great food options to try. We will be back!"

It was convenient the area a little early with this hotel. Probably the code would probably be distributed a little early prior would be nice. Otherwise I think everything went OK.
