"Handy for town and buses"

"Staff were brilliant I have had breakfast before and fantastic plenty to eat Bar. And outside area great lots of room Sad to say it all needs updating up stairs. All bathrooms need updating and decor and carpets need gone. Definitely the WiFi needs sorting out so you can get on it when you are in your room I wanted to chill out and watch Netflix but no internet Apart from that always a lovely stay and they accept dogs which is fab"

The curtains had come off the rail near the closure on one side so it let the early morning light in. A small bottle of water in the room, particularly in the heat would have been appreciated. "Look, don't get me wrong, it's not terrible by any means. It's just that for a hotel that's trying to play at this level, it struggles with some of the basics. If you're having a short stay there's no housekeeping by default, (which they don't tell you when you arrive) but there's only a small (non-heated) towel rail, so you're going to have soggy towels on day 2. Yes, there was a (small) sign in reception saying this, but it's the kind of thing it would be good for the receptionist to...

"Great position, excellent bed, easy parking"

"The meals were excellent both for quality and price, staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable however the windows did not close entirely. It was quite warm so not a major problem for us but the windows needed refurbishment so they be opened or closed easily. The electric shower was very weak. These issues were relatively minor given the pluses of staff, food and comfortable beds"

"Bridges B&B run by a lovely couple in a lovely house renting a lovely room had a lovely take away pizza delivered to the lovely local pub then back to my lovely room where I slept soundly in a lovely bed then a lovely shower and in the morning a lovely breakfast it was all just... lovely "

"Stayed in room 103, lovely room nice and clean and well serviced, but noisy. Very noisy above the bar, had a private party on Saturday night until midnight, I could feel the bass no sleep I don't think the room should be let under the circumstances, anywhere on the first floor, also 103 is by the lift and exit door, so people walking and talking past the door all night, so my advice is if you'd like a peaceful night's sleep then avoid this room, a shame as I've stayed here before on the 2nd...

"The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. "
