"I had a wonderful stay with my young teenage daughter. It waas one of our most memorable experiences during our first visit to Japan. We loved our room - Asumi A Western Room with Open Air Bath and a view of the majestic Mt Fuji. The grounds were beautiful. Dinner was great and we loved dining in our room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and the customer service was top notch. During our stay, my daughter accidentally left her rings in one of the bathrooms in our room and didn’t...

"Nice traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. Room with traditional Japanese tatami for sleeping. Staff are very nice welcoming and friendly. They even offer us a ride when we checkout. We travel with 2 children and they been very accommodating to our needs. Facilities provided 24hrs access to men and women public hot spring bath tub. There are also a private bath hot spring tub just for individual family to use. Overall been very happy with our stay on this roykan."

"Hotel Rakuyu was great! We booked the traditional Japanese room which was a fun experience. The way they describe the food that is included with your stay is not like "dinner" they refer to it as small bites and drinks - however it is a FULL buffet. You absoluetely could only eat the food provided here and be full. They serve breakfast 7-9, snacks 3-5, and small bites and drinks 5-7 The hotel is on a huge hill, but we walked up and down it many times. They also have a walking path that takes...
