"Excellent location. Quiet but close to everything! Wonderful breakfast. Staff worked very hard to clear tables and restock. Love the hot waffles! Plenty of coffee, ice water etc. Check in fast. Very nice hotel staff from front desk to cleaning personnel. Highly recommend! AC worked well and the elevators were fast. 4 elevators for a smaller hotel is nice for NYC standards! Room spotless and very comfortable bed!"

"The hotel staff were very nice. The only issue I had was they had one valet driver that serviced 3 properties. They said it would take 30-60 minutes for us to get our car. The staff claims it’s because of the hour we checked out which was 6am. That’s still seems unreasonable, given the fact it was a holiday weekend. Hyatt is a huge company, surely you can afford to higher more than 1 valet driver. We are appreciative of the staff expediting our request to retrieve our car so we didn’t have to...
