"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The breakfast was lacking, parking was expensive and a pain (although the valet were the nicest staff), the pool was cold, our room was missing condition and they never brought us soap, they repeatedly forgot our towels after cleaning, our safe and phone were broken and never replaced or fixed after several requests and the blow dryer was weak and terrible. Good location across from The Foundry. "

"Nice continental breakfast. Has a lot of variety for families. Complimentary drink tickets for the adults were a plus. We saved a lot of money with all that being included. "

Options are limited next to none and what was there was appetizing at all. So if you're big on breakfast and are expecting a decent breakfast, you will be greatly disappointed. "

"The guy working the front desk in the mornings with the nice sweaters knows everything to do around. He’s got a great attitude and was very helpful! The hotel is perfectly located, we felt safe and was close to all the activities (Zoo, Ballpark Village, Gateway Arch National Park & Union Station). We parked on the street and had no problems. The spa is definitely worth it, the pool is huge. The steam room and dry sauna was very clean. The kids loved the penguins and the green space...

"The breakfast was delicious and all support staff were terrific. The bathroom was a little dirty and the towel handle was just sitting on the wall mount and fell off the moment i first dried my hands. Wasnt a big deal but was odd. It was a very busy weekend for them and i understand that not all things can take priority. Overall 5 stars!"

"Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again."

The hotel staff, atmosphere and the fact that location was a plus. I will visit again in the near future. I really wish there was a pool but anywho the overall experience was a 10. The woman who checked us in went out of her way to make us feel welcome, offering bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated. She also handled a difficult situation with a homeless individual professionally, and that did not go unnoticed. That said, there were several concerns that made us uncomfortable.
