"Lovely room, easy check in, close to Fox, comfy bed"

"The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"The hotel was so convenient to my husband’s medical appointments and procedures. The room was welcoming at just the right temperature. The bed was so very comfortable. I liked having a small sofa to relax instead of a room with one comfort chair and a desk chair. The bathroom was clean. My favorite two things were the warm welcome cookies and the reading lamps attached to the side of the headboard."

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"

"Guy at the front desk was rude. The room looked like an escape room, pretty terrifying or like a crime scene. Filthy bathrooms, filthy bedding with burn holes. Dangerous area with crack heads on the corner asking for money as your are trying to check in."

"The location is great right by the arch. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part, however there was a dead cockroach in the room that was quite disturbing. But the staff did make up for it and provided a credit. Parking garage was steep and super cramped each space was by a massive concrete pillar. "Great communication of where to park and how to access. Ample beverages to choose from, and breakfast was delicious! As a very early riser, I was able to get a cup of coffee and bring back to my room. I also appreciated the organic half and half that was supplied! Dan & Rosie were very welcoming! Would stay here again if ever in the area. Of note- as the property is located on a busy street, it was a little noisy at times, but I still got a good nights sleep.
