"My biggest issue with this hotel was that there were no covers on the mattresses underneath the sheets, and there were all kinds of dubious stains on the mattress. I also didn't like that the breakfast nook area is in a small space and this leads to people getting bunched up waiting on foods. It makes it uncomfortable and crowded. They also constantly ran out of food, so of our three night stay, we only ate there once, and saving money on breakfast was the main reason I picked the place. The...

"After having a very negative experience at another hotel, just down the road my arrival at Best Western was a sigh of relief. The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. "Okay location. could use some updating/renovating. Our room's carpet had several spots that were lifting and most of the tile in the bathroom was cracked. "
