"I thought the room was very clean until I dropped my lipstick and had to hunt for it. Not good under bed and food under the floating head board. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices."

"Even though you are right by O'Hare Airport with planes landing right overhead, this hotel was so quiet. Sleep well at night and didn't hear the planes. Great breakfast with many choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. Take the Blueline from Rosemond to get to downtown Chicago. It is next door to the Allstate Arena and I walked over to the event I attended there. Restaurants right across the street."

"Was very disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. Not sure where but I read somewhere that there was one and to just call the hotel on arrival. Nope...added $50 to my stay. "

"The young woman behind the desk when I checked into was untruthful and very aggressive twords me. On the Expedia site it's tells me to make sure that I call the hotel before I check in about my room, my accommodations and I did a couple of time's the morning before going to the hotel and check in to make sure that' the room that I booked had a walk in shower because it was a must for me, a deal breaker. The couple times that I called and spoke to the young lady about my room and if it had a walk in shower she said yes both time's over the phone on the morning of check-in.I got up to my room and began to unpack.I went to use the bathroom and noticed that it was a tub and no walk in. I called the front desk calmly and peacefully asking why did you tell me that my room had a walk in shower when it doesn't. The young lady denied ever saying that to me. She continued to be combative and very aggressive, saying that she never said that ( calling me the lier), she then said that I should gather all my things and that she would refund me the money and have me out of the hotel in 5 minutes.She was horrible not hospitable. I am deemed disabled by the SSI Administration. "

"This was a super place to stay for the value. I would definitely stay here again, when visiting the northern suburbs. The nearby sounds from Chicago Executive Airport were easily overcome by sleeping with earplugs. As with most Motel 6s, remember to bring your own shampoo. Check-in was great, and the front-desk staff were friendly and professional. Great selection of channels on the TV."
