"Stayed with a family of 3 at the century and it’s a great hotel! Location well placed near the train and shopping. Very clean and well maintained and our room was more spacious than other Tokyo hotels we have stayed. There was also a bus shuttle to Haneda airport that took about an hour and was super cheap. We would def stay here again!"

Graciously held our luggage for us both before check-in and when we spent a few days in another city. Both times the luggage was in our room already when we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice because it was so good! "

"A hotel in a perfect location! Seconds away from Shinjuku station, but it doesn’t feel hectic or loud when you’re in the hotel. The staff are lovely and accommodating. There were lovely little touches like free tea and skincare products. We’re hoping to come back to Tokyo again in the future and hope to stay here again! "
