When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked ...

Placemakr Premier SoBro
The room was great! It had everything we needed to cook simple meals and do laundry! The only downfall was all the loud city noises, once 11 hit it did quiet down. They made it easy to just Text if we needed anything.
