"The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Erin, Abby and Lily at the front desk greeted me daily and helped me with plans. The great service of the restaurant staff and the bell boys who opened the door all warmed the heart of this solo traveler."

"By far the best hotel I have stayed at to date (comparing to the best 5 stars worldwide I have tried). Their attention to detail is none to other and they really make you feel as though it’s your home. Really enjoyed our time and the food and drinks were really good. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing on all levels! Location is perfect for home base to explore the city and area and everything you want to see is within walking distance. Stylish and very comfortable rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for a couple of nights and then went to Ha Long Bay Area and when we came back we had our same room which was so great! Spotless property and good breakfast especially the items you ask for like the eggs and soup. Definitely have the hotel arrange transportation for you regardless of where you are arriving from or going to for a seamless and worry free experience as the international arrivals terminal is nuts!! We can’t recommend this hotel any higher! It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for everything."
