"Friendly staff! Great location. The staff here are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. You are a five minute walk to take the Airport Shuttle Bus, as well as Via Libertà which houses such great fashion houses as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabanna, etc. I have stayed here twice with one more stay and will definitely return when I con back to Palermo. "

"Lovely place in a fantastic location. There was music audible outside until about midnight and then it quietened right down. It was never loud enough to bother us anyway though. Really central. Very comfortable and fantastic host who really helped us out by arranging transportation to the beach when other plans we had made fell through at the last minute. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Palermo. "

"Central location, clear check-in instructions and very responsive host. The self check-in was convenient. Building has an elevator and it is a historical building with marble staircase. Property had the amenities as described as clean towels, toiletries, hair drier, safety deposit box, hangers and wine and prosecco glasses.
