Room was a safe haven during a bad winter storm. The front desk attendant - I believe his name was Suvar was incredibly kind and accommodating - let us know the only place that was open and where we could get a hot meal after a 12 hour shift in the hospital.

The Study at Yale
The front staff was amazing. Destiny I think her name was, was above and beyond amazing. She should receive some kind of bonus.

The Blake Hotel
The suite was very spacious with kitchenette and dining table, and it's clean and modern. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to valet! It's very close to everywhere at Yale University.
