Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
The hotel's beds and furniture were damaged and dirty. The door had a gap and it appeared to have been kicked in. The room had bugs. I observed the front desk manager trying to catch a cockroach with a sheet of paper while she had a line of guest. I definitely did not feel safe in this hotel.

Wyndham New Orleans - French Quarter
Had to kill 3 bugs. That many stars hotel, bugs should be no where. I am from the area and I do understand the buildings are old so did not complain.
