"The hotel was 90% booked and was understaffed! It was only 2 front desks attendant the 4 days I was there. The Grand bare had 3 servers, and 2 bartenders for 200 or more people. I felt so bad for the working staff. The understaffed issue is a management issue. I did not see any leadership out assisting ..."
