"Super convenient location, especially on rainy days, with direct access to Grand Central Station. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevators are quick and efficient. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return."

"I had a great stay. The only thing that I can point out is that the people at the front desk should be very careful on how many times they charge people's card, especially when they didn't give authorization. But that situation was handled and the rest of the stay was amazing."
