Hotel Edison Times Square
Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Night Hotel Broadway
Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked.
