The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. ...

Hotel St. James
The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in New York City!! Very basic hotel no frills but the rooms are so clean, the location is incredible and I felt very safe!!

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Great location, great price for a New York centrally located hotel. Minutes from Time Square. Nice and interesting lobby. Rooms are adequate. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so not much daylight.
