Waited over 1hr to check in only for them to tell me they had NO clean rooms. I booked two double beds only to be bumped down to a king size bed for my two daughters & myself. It gets better! Hyatt Grand Central New York
The rooms are clean. The location is incredible to arrive by airtrain from JFK. Packages delivered are little expensive. Staff is very friendly. This is my 3rd time at Hyatt!!
