"Filthy dirty. The a/c unit broke in our room and we slept in a room that was 98 degrees. Management didn’t seem concerned and refused to give a refund. Terrible service at the desk. Avoid this hotel it was disgusting and unethical."

"Good spot. Not far from timesquare. Nice staff. Wish they had more staff assisting in the morning at the Starbucks. There's no fridge in the standard room. That was incovient."
