"Everyone was very nice."

"A great stay as always. The only reason it’s not a 5* is the room wasn’t made up on the first day - otherwise a great stay."

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast was very nice. A good location to stay."

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location in Bath. We had a beautiful room and the facilities were delightful. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but staff were helpful in guiding us where we needed to go. One thing to note- the gym is very small, and dusty. We would love to return!"

"This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. "A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."
