Hotel is rather old and not well maintained. Water flask is dirty and had black particles. Hotel is backward and there is no wifi. But it gives an interesting experience of traditional Japanese living. Dinner provided is quite good but breakfast is simple.

安い宿を選んだのでそんなに文句を言ってはいけないが、 古い建物でスタッフの人数も少なかった。 部屋は広かったがそんなにキレイではなかった。 北海道なのでエアコンなしの部屋でもOKと思っていたが、 思っていたよりも暑かった。 Wi-Fiがないのは今どきどうかと思う。 夕食にカニが出てきたが一人につき2本ついていたが、 私の分だけ1本しかなかった。 向かいにある湖畔亭のお風呂に入れるのはよかったと思います。

Decent one-night stay at Lake Toya.

Hotel staff were friendly but sometimes not readily available. Comforter had a few stains on them but the beds were mostly comfortable. Place felt slightly run down, but hotel had a very good location. Overall adequate for a one-night stay.

We really enjoyed staying here, although the property is old but room is big and the staff I dealt with was excellent and have a good understanding of English and we can communicate well. Also we were impressed by the dinner provided, it was decent homecooked styled dinner box. It's located close to the river and we can use opposite hotel's onsen which over looks the river.

入口入ってから右側の壺の脇にすずめの模型があって本物みたいでびっくりしました（笑）ウケ狙いならおっけーだと思います。スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったと思いました(о´∀`о)

這是一間有年紀的飯店，設備較舊是在預料中的。窗簾有蜘蛛絲，浴室非常擁擠，蓮蓬頭始終調不出適合洗澡的水溫，不是太燙就是太冰。 優點是價格相對便宜，而且可以使用湖畔亭頂樓面湖的浴池。
