"I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. "By far one of the best Embassy’s I have stayed at. The staff was helpful and if we needed anything it was quickly addressed. The breakfast was great. The hotel and room were clean. The location was close to Bank park and the Fashion Outlet. They had a free shuttle that was easy to use. Only issue I had was we ended up in an handicap accessible room. The removable shower did not mount so if you accidentally turned it out it sprayed everywhere. The shower was slippery. And since it did not have...

"We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Easy check-in and checkout, felt welcome, and easy to get ride shares at any time of the day. The rooms were clean and fit every need. Shout out to the comfortable beds in the room. We enjoyed visiting Miz at the bar when it was raining and the food was delicious.
