Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

Very clean and staff takes pride in keeping clean the beautiful property that surrounds the hotel. They provided clear directions to get to Venice. The food at the restaurant was not what I expected. The staff were very friendly so it made up for the disappointment with the food."
