"Was told I could have either a king sized bed or 2 doubles. Only had one double in the room and told no other rooms available. Expedia did NOT do anything to assist in the situation. Blamed me for not canceling earlier (when all we needed was a different room.) terrible customer service from Expedia. Never use them again. VERY POOR shower drainage and almost no water pressure. Never changed our sandy beds sheets once but did make the bed. Very noisy hotel- rooms facing the ocean have lots of foot traffic on the beach. I have stayed in other hotels on the island and never had such a noisy experience. Terrible lighting in the room. It’s a budget experience type hotel and yes you can get by, but I paid for a way different experience than I received. I will be staying at one of the other hotels on the island- not this one if at all possible."

"Great location just a short walk from the ferry. Beach is beautiful but rocky and not suitable for swimming. However, North Beach is perfect and just a 5 min walk away. In fact, the whole town is within 5 min and filled with shops and restaurants. Small swimming pool but beautiful and nice lounge chairs. Small lobby restaurant is ok but takes only cash. There's a spa and nails place. No other amenities. We had a single king room which was surprisingly large. Fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine. Large walk-in shower. Staff was very good."

"Everything was wonderful! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and they do have a hairdryer, it wasn’t mentioned! The hotel is set back on a promontory so it was quiet and relaxing. The pool (s) overlooks a lovely seascape, although a short stroll to the left would take you to North Beach for better swimming. A five minute walk out the front door would put you on the main strip for food and entertainment. Live music and street performances were ongoing nightly. Five minutes to the left of the hotel is a nice bike path skirting the ocean. Bikes can be rented for about $12.00 for the day. It’s a little interrupted but we rode al the way to Punta Sur. "
