"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

"The place is just like the pictures and in a beautiful location. Accommodations wise, I’d keep in mind that this place does NOT come with towels, a change of sheets, or washer and dryer. We bought our own towels to save on the cost of renting them out. Other than that, it was definitely worth the stay. Very peaceful and beautiful in the summer."

"Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Lodge bot sowohl Komfort als auch eine großartige Atmosphäre zum Entspannen und Erholen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und werden die Lodges auch weiterempfehlen. Es wäre jedoch schön gewesen, wenn die Küche mit ein paar Grundzutaten wie Salz, Pfeffer, einigen Gewürzen oder sogar Essig und Öl ausgestattet gewesen wäre. Trotzdem ist ein Aufenthalt immer lohnenswert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen."
