Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. The complimentary coffee in the mornings was really good; the only downside is that this hotel does not have complimentary breakfast included. The shuttle service is a plus and very convenient a ride to the nearby JFK airport."
