"Met a friend from Vegas, I'm in Missouri, for the weekend ending Aqueduct's last weekend of racing after 132 years. Chose Comfort Inn for our brief stay because of ease in getting back and forth to JFK (included), and they were spot on with their established pick-up / drop times. The front desk also hooked us up with a Rockaway Taxi driver that virtually became our private driver around Howard Beach anytime between 1800 - 0600hrs, for 3 nights! "No parking space on the property"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food served until 11pm which was excellent for us! Shuttle bus option for airport so completely hassle free!"

"I traveled for a family emergency and upon arriving although staff a the reception were not aware, I was welcomed like family. Staff showed kindness and professionalism. Ay’jah at the reception went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a comfortable as possible. The only critic I have is that I was under the impression breakfast was included. But that was not the case."

"Had to wait really long 50 mins to get hotel shuttle from airport. However hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Return shuttle is every hour, i.e. 6, 7, 8 am etc … 30 min frequency would be more desirable. Other than frequency of shuttle service, everything else good."

"This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in, the only positive about this place is the location."

"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"
