"We turned up and despite our change of plans the staff were very helpful in trying to work a resolution. The room was clean. However the property of very tired throughout with worn and stained carpets. The walls and wood work were chipped and damaged.
This was overpriced for the state of the property. But it could be lovely with a full refurb."

"Stayed here Mon-Fri. My initial opinion of this place was very good. Staff were very friendly and appeared efficient. Check-in was easy. Rooms are very good with a ceiling fan and additional tower fan in the room which was helpful during the recent spell of hot weather. Breakfast was good. Couldn’t connect my laptop to their wifi so had to use mobile network. Food in the restaurant was good and delivered piping hot but service is slow and food is a bit pricey. "A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

"Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes"

"Really friendly staff who were more than happy to help me carry things upstairs with having injured wrist and as we were going to be away early also provided some breakfast bits for us. Very comfortable room, would stay again :)"
