"The only negative comment that we have is that the woman who is servicing breakfast both days that we were there spoke on her phone almost the entire time. She walked around the area talking loudly and clearly there was no emergent need to. It was annoying and it made her less approachable. The concierge James was very very helpful. "The designers of this hotel knocked it out of the park, it is a beautiful hotel. We traveled with our dogs, who felt very comfortable during our stay. There are 2 nice big grassy areas down the street if you and your pup are up for a little walk, Hanna Plaza and Public Square. It was also close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a baseball game. We would definitely stay here again! Clean, nice staff and good location."
