Like a pro, she sucked it up and did her job with the utmost courtesy. All the staff were helpful, using their phones to look up hours of operation for stores and other businesses, sharing their local knowledge, always offering to help. The hotel is lucky to have them. I thought the hotel was brand new but a staff member told me proudly that they all work to keep it that way. Great stay, great place. Many guests in Timmins for shopping or attending Christmas parties were happy and friendly a reflection of how great a host your hotel is. The large evening gatherings of parents children friends and relatives in that large breakfast room reminded me of the warmth and love of my mother’s house. You are a successful hotel.
