"Great hotel to be stuck at during the winter blizzard here that has various highways shut down again around us on the way North. Clean, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Breakfast offered omelettes, sausages, boiled eggs, waffles/pancakes, yogurt, bagels and more. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. "

"I had a terrible experience with the night manager. I wanted to move a chaperone and 2 children that he was taking care of, because chaperone had let me know that there was drinking & partying in the next room around 1am. Kids didn't feel safe (We were there for a church service at the time, I booked 5 rooms) Night manager wouldn't let us switch rooms, he was rude and kept questioning my decisions as to why I didn't book connecting rooms, or that drinking is allowed as long as they keep it quiet.....We switched rooms the next day when a professional helped us, I was very disappointed in how this was handled. I will not be booking here again. "

"This stay although only one night was 10/10 pool entertained the kids for hours. Room was beautiful and very clean! Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was amazing. The beds were very comfortable aswell. Will absolutely stay again. "
