"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. "The room was adequate but the Resort needs an update. Everything needs a good cleaning. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but a gratuity was charged which I did not discover until checkout - annoying when I already paid a gratuity. The toilet was running and the shower drain was plugged. They were working on updating the Lobby."
