"Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời cùng nhóm bạn. Khách sạn sạch đẹp, giường, nệm êm, sạch. Nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo. Đồ ăn sáng khá phong phú."

"Clean room. Good service and helpful staff."

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"I have stayed in many hotels in the Old Quarter during my one-month trip in Vietnam, and Bonjour D'An Nam is by far the best hotel I have experienced. The breakfast is abundant, convenient, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room is comfortable, spacious, and quiet — exactly what I need for a good night’s sleep.
