"We booked a room through Expedia because we had a family medical emergency—we verified on Expedia site that laundry services were available at this hotel (we had no other clothes )upon arrival we were told there were no laundry facilities we requested to cancel at check in and were told we would not receive a refund if we cancelled at that time. This was an error on their part—the hotel staff was not helpful, I would not recommend staying here. Bathroom sink did not drain and the WiFi would not...

"I really liked the location and the way it looked inside and out - even the travelers were friendly and the staff especially. We missed breakfast both days due to much needed sleep, so we can’t account for that. Parking was a challenge because of storms and trying to decide where. I loved our location on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Some realistic notes for us; there were torn cushions in our room, a window leak with clear developing mold, not scary. We could have used some fresh coffee pods...

"the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

"Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again"

"Hotel was nice. Clean, comfortable bedding. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was great one day, not so great the next and opens a bit late. Showers can only be turned on from inside which is fine if you don’t mind being sprayed with cold water. Overall the stay was fine, no major issues."

"When I made reservations with Expedia they charged my card for 2 nights . When I checked in I got charged for another night . So I ended up charged for three nights and only stayed 2 . Probably won’t ever use Expedia again !"
