The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage....

Room was Given to us was unpleasant conditions and smell was not good, furniture was broken and then we requested them to give us different room, which was good, parking good , location was nice , over charge price wasn’t promised by Expedia, thank you "
