"Excellent service and beautiful food."

"Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place"

"Great to have parking"

"Don’t get me wrong, it’s rustic and charming with an interesting history and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and Sunday roast was impressive. All that’s good, but wear earplugs if you’re planning to get any sleep! The mattress was saggy and had very pokey springs. "Free car park . Near to city centre in the walking distance."

"Wonderful. Staff were lovely. Dock on river perfect for drink in the sunshine. Rooms clean and comfortable. Just outside walls so quiet at night but only a 5 min walk into the centre. Will definitely stay there again!!"

"Clean and tidy, excellent location and beautiful views."

"Room was clean. Good location"

"The room was great, far better than a Premier Inn, the pub/restaurant was excellent and served lovely food. The added bonus of breakfast included in the price also adds to the value! We wholly recommend and would stay again if we visit Oldham/Manchester again!"
