"Close to amenities, good transport link. 3 Rooms in an apartment. So shared space but individual rooms and bathroom. Liked the little touches of iron, toiletries, towels and slippers. Each room had a small fridge and desk space. Would recommend. "

"Initially difficult to find as it is in a shared block but a quick phone call sorted the check in instructions. The place was spotlessly clean. Only 1 cup and no kettle in the room but a coffee machine and microwave (to heat water for tea) available in the lobby. Breakfast could be picked up from a lovely little cafe around the corner with vouchers left for Coffee and croissant. Really close to the metro for getting into the city and some great restaurants nearby for eating locally"

"The refrigerator nor air conditioning worked. We asked for a different room and staff declined. There was a raid on an adjacent delapitated building all night long with police sirens. This was easily the worst stay."

"Our family of five (3 teenagers) had the most amazing trip! The apartment is awesome, right in Rome. The metro is so easy to navigate and the stop is a short walk. There is an amazing coffee bar across the street. We loved being immersed in the culture from the moment we arrived. As Americans, we like our protein breakfast, so we were able to stock eggs etc. and cook right there. There is a market nearby with anything you need. "The best are very hard and walls were thin. The air conditioning works good. The soaps and shampoos- just plan to bring your own. Lots of graffiti outside the building. The staff were great. As others have said the TVs are tiny but we didn’t even use ours once. It wasn’t a bad stay, but there are probably better and more central to everything."

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"The area was nice and quiet, but only a 5-10 minute, beautiful walk to the Coliseum district. The room was big and well presented. Everything worked as promised. The balcony was amazing. It is so big and wraps around a corner so you can choose shade or sun. It’s lined with plants and flowers which gave some privacy, but also an at home feel. I would’ve clicked 5 stars for everything, but, a new bed and pillows would be required I feel. You don’t come to Rome to sleep, but with busy...

"The lady who checked me in and out was very helpful and good. It was so nice to have a balcony, especially with it being so hot, sit and enjoy the sun for a moment when I got back. Not much choice at breakfast. The evening meal was a set menu and the three courses were very nice. Had a wonderful waitress on the evening who explained what every meal was."

"The staff was wonderful.Walking distance to the Colosseum and many restaurants.The subway is a few feet from the hotel. It’s a nice place to stay while visiting Italy."
