"Perfect location with in walking distance of the old quarter. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we did not hear any noise from outside, on the first night we slept for 12 hours! Breakfast is great. But the most memorable was the staff of the hotel. The most loving people who would do anything to help you and make you feel welcomed. "The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"
