"The room is clean everyday and staff were considerate as to when it will be done. The staff were all attentive, polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as it covers Asian and Western food especially that you can request for other food such as pho, scrambled or sunny side up eggs. The air conditioning is great especially when you’re out for a trip. My sister and I tried their massage spa and it’s very good as well. The airport shuttle is also very good. Overall, amazing experience. "

"Our 6 nights stay in Hanoi Royal Palace 2 Hotel was quite ok. The hotel is in a good location, the ladies in the reception are very polite and helpful, the facilities are satisfactory for the price range.  We had a pleasant stay there,... until our last day's the last couple hours there. Until we discovered, during the short time while we head our breakfast, both of our wallets, when left behind the locked room, had been swindled with. From both wallets delicately had been nicked out all the US$ and AU$ notes, also the larger local Dongs, then...they slyly left behind a large bundle of almost worthless local bills (monopoly money) perhaps enough for a sandwich there. (100000 dong =  au$5.00) While other, more easily identifiable items, - like tablet, phone, watches - left behind, remained untouched. The room was completely electrically locked, not any forced entry signs were detected. All windows were tightly locked.  When we left for breakfast in the neighbouring, alreay unoccupied, rooms some of the cleaning staff had working. They well could noticed when we left our room for breakfast. The corridors are fitted with safety cameras. When noticed the theft, I complained immediately and asked the camera videos to be checked! Then I had been told; only the manager can do that. Being Sunday, the time the manager turned up we almost had to leave to the airport. "

"We had an amazing stay with Hanoi indochine Premium rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was a nice finishing touch with a view into the neighbourhood. Although the hotel is right in the old town, there was no noise inside the rooms. Hopefully we can come back soon! "

"Good location and service, very friendly staff. Had breakfast package which is helpful to get the day started and used general lounge at end of day. (Did not use spa facilities). convenient to book tours from the hotel - Rose was very helpful."

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"La Siesta Classic was exceptional. We had a beautiful stay here starting with a lovely welcome from the staff. The staff throughout were very attentive. Our rooms were spacious and very nice! All meals were fantastic! We also had a spa treatment which was very nice. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and anyone else who asks!!! "
