"This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. "
