"We received a room which had black mold all around the windows and the wall behind the curtain (Plaza building). When complained, they gave us a new room right away, however again with mold. After this they offered us refreshments in the bar on the house which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately it was followed by a long waiting time before they ensured us they had a look and the 3rd room should be fine. It wasn’t. "Very well placed for nearby work places and not a far distance by taxi from central sites like Prado Museum. The rooms are fine, not luxurious but exactly what you need for a good nights sleep, clean, well appointed room. Nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch. Friendly staff so no complaints from me"

"My room was right over a patio where people were talking loudly until 12 PM. They also play paddle outside until after 11 the room was clean and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was high-quality. The bed was quite firm, but OK the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned as it gave me terrible allergies when it was on, I had to turn it off. "Poner atención al indicar donde te deja el transporte al aeropuerto ya que el chófer no conoce bien la ubicación y puedes tener que caminar mucho"

"Me dieron la habitación 111 y solamente pude acceder a ese piso siendo que en otro piso superior estaba la piscina y el top roof para tomar una copa, tampoco tuve acceso. El restaurante lo atendía un señor que aún teniendo a la vista mesas desocupadas me hizo esperar más de 15 minutos."
