"Rooms were kept clean on a regular basis without ever having to ask for housekeeping. Staff was friendly and jolly. Rooms were air conditioned kept very cool to sleep comfy at night. Can’t get better than free breakfast. I will stay here again no doubt."

"This location for a quick stay is fine. The parking is terrible. The massive pot holes that makes it difficult to avoid was really bad. The photos on the website was deceiving. The room is clean. The plus was the convenience of the stores in the area."

"The Marx is about a 10 minute drive to All Star Village, which made it a convenient place to stay while my son stayed there. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The wallpaper and carpet needed replaced. It smells musty and the bathroom ..."
