"The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. "Checking in took extremely long and this was after peek time. The hotel front desk has no sense of urgency and my room was not clean despite me calling and confirming on my way out. I was unaware to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to a language barrier and parking is $20 per day for apparently no reason as there is no security on patrol that I observed. Location is great but I did not like the crowd of pit smokers hanging in the parking lot at night."
