Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - vielen lieben Dank! Das Standardzimmer ist, wie oft in England üblich, recht klein und wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es, dass man zumindest 1-2 Wandregale anbringen könnte, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. "Hotel under construction. Charging full price disgraceful. Massively in convent. Bathroom dysfunctional and the shower access almost impossible. No lounge. No all day bar or restaurant. Unsafe cab drop off and access to temporary reception clearly not thought through, Two elevators to get to the room with no assistance for seniors. Shameful arrogance on the part of Hilton."
