Everything is false advertising. It's a complete dump, no fridge, no microwave, no clean anything, the towels were stained and not even white, the room wreaked of cigarettes especially the bed, the lock was broken, the whole bathroom covered in mold and the wall falling off and wholes in it. The room I booked I didnt get. The bed had a huge stain on the sheets, the towels were nasty. I didn’t stay one night I checked out. No cameras in the common areas like hallways.

Holiday Inn Chicago SW-Countryside ConfCtr by IHG
Property is minimally clean. Very gloomy vibe to say the least. Lighting is not as bright as it’s shown in photos. Staff were very polite but semi helpful. Can definitely use a variety of more toiletries & a few modern touches.
