"Overall, the room was nice and spacious and included a small kitchen area with a nice large balcony overlooking a pond. There were many pools on property were available to use with lifejackets for children. The biggest disappointment was that the waterpark that is advertised all over this website is not included in the resort fee. This is not disclosed anywhere on the website or in communications prior to arriving to the hotel. When we went to use the waterpark, there were several guests, complaining and berating the attendants because they assumed it was included . Ultimately after downloading their app, we had to pay $18.75 per person to use the waterpark for the day which closes very early at 6PM. It’s unfortunate because this property is quite nice, particularly for the price, but the deception of the waterpark soured my image of the resort."

"Very disappointed upon arrival. Understand a technical issue regarding their system for issuing swipe cards however also some electrical problems for two days. The most disappointing part is the water resort not having the water park open and handling all other families concerns with no empathy. The bathroom was also slightly dirty where I had to clean it myself before use. Hallways also smell moldy and dirty."

"Great choices reminded me of college cafeteria/campus a lot of things to do, great gym and pool options. Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. It was great, if I had to give one bad thing would only be that I had to pay for parking but they do provide a bus to take you to the parks so that makes up for it since you don’t have to pay attraction parking fees."

"The room had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. The rooms weren’t cleaned regularly; it was something that needed to be requested, and the employee provided me with incorrect information a day before my arrival at the property. Consequently, I ended up paying more money. "
