Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Overall had a great experience, enjoyed the fact that a Starbucks was on the property. Along with dining area to purchase food and the shuttles to the park. Only concern was not enough washcloth for the amount of people I reserved for and needed to call each and every time.

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
Our check in was pleasant. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful. Unfortunately, after we got to the room it was less great- we got a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite- it was plenty roomy, and there was a lovely screened in balcony. Unfortunately though, there were no towels in two of the bathrooms, ...

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
The room was pretty clean, however because they allow dogs. We found two ticks that we killed right after we walked in the door. The restaurant Drafts has some of the best food any resort has on site. The staff were excellent.
