"Lovely large room in a great area. Comfy beds, great big bathroom, cool views over Namba. The reception was amazing. Staff spoke perfect english and offered free coffee, bean grinders, filter machines, nice tea, record player, records, books, games, umbrellas, sake and more. "Nice area close to metro and railway station. The room was comfortable and clean. Has a washer and dryer great if you have small kids. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Reception are great very helpful. We hope stay again in the future."

"Very nice and clean. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and it was nice for a family of five with teenagers. It’s a staff-less hotel so no refreshing towels or daily cleaning. There are washers/dryers on site as well but guests were leaving their clothes for extended periods, long after the wash is done, so it was a little difficult to use. Luckily there was a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Location is residential and not a whole lot of food options within a 10 min walk. Overall...
