"Our overnight stay was excellent. Check in was really simple and the host really friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely comfy bed and well designed ensuite shower room. A nice light and airy room. Breakfast was superb and piping hot. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. "

"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."

"Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything you need including hair dryer, ironing board and washing machine. Table was set up lovely and there was milk in the fridge. Staff were friendly and there was an honesty bar. Would highly recommend"

"Not being able to adjust the temperature of you own room was an issue - you have to go down to reception to get it adjusted and being on a route home to I presume student halls of residence meant groups of noisy folk going home in groups from 02.00 - 05.30 in morning resulted in little sleep."

"We enjoyed our single night stay at the Hyatt House Leeds. The hotel was very convenient to Leeds main train station and walkable to the city centre. The room was comfortable and amenities good. The breakfast buffet offer was good but would have been nice for the food to be a little warmer than it was. The onsite guest laundry was a bonus but would suggest signage that advises hotel patrons that washing or drying could be removed if the cycle has finished so other patrons could utilise the...

"That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". "Had a great stay here. Fabulous location as I was attending an event next door. Located next to multistorey car park and reduced price when staying at the hotel. 15/20 min walk into the city centre. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Very impressed with the free breakfast and an option to take away with a grab bag. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if I need to attend another event here."
